LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Real Co.”). HGLE Op Co. LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (“Op Co.”) is the exclusive sales agent for Real Co. relating to the Development. Op Co. also represents sellers and lessors of property within the Development which Real Co. does not own.
